On Tuesday, July 27th, between 12:00 am and 04:00 am (MDT), ProPay will perform platform maintenance, upgrading to version 21.07.2 on the live production system.
We anticipate no interruption in service during this update.
This release has limited changes, as we continue to focus on stability and reliability improvements, and on expansion of internal capabilities.
The update will include the following fixes:
* Bug fix: single-character username in email address causes account creation to fail (tags: sourceEmail, or Email under BeneficialOwnerData section). * Bug fix: unable to perform SplitPay operation (transType 16 and 33) on transactions initiated with the mobile API, returning status 51. * Bug fix: correct several website problems with ADA regulation compliance.
UPCOMING CHANGES TO PREPARE FOR:
1. We will implement a new transaction state in various reports within the next couple of releases. Transactions that previously carried the transaction description of '+CC', where they have been captured by the customer, but not settled or funded by ProPay, will now carry the description of '+CC Capture' until they are funded or settled.
2. Reminder to partners and merchants processing debt repayment transactions: the API indicator for "DebtRepayment" must be submitted with transactions in order to utilize the program. Be advised that we will enforce this requirement more stringently, starting in September 2021.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Production Processing Solutions (Credit Card and ACH Processing, Websites, Mobile, and Card Readers), Integrated Gateways (Chase Paymentech - Orbital Gateway, Network Merchants, Web Collect, Meritus, CyberSource, Other 3rd Party Gateways), and Production Supporting Solutions (Bank Transfers).
