The issue has been identified and a fix has been implemented. As of 4:18 p.m. MDT PPMC transactions on the Mastercard network are now flowing normally.

Investigating
We are aware of an issue of declines for ProPay Mastercard users to pay or make ATM withdrawals. Our teams are assessing the extent of the issue and we will provide an update shortly. We believe this only affects ProPay card holders only, with no impact on processing otherwise.
