Experian has identified the problem and restored identity validation services for ProPay account boarding. We can confirm that automated account review and approval is again operational. We expect to resolve this incident tomorrow morning after monitoring the situation into business hours on Tuesday and confirming reliable responses without interruption. We are aware of an issue affecting boarding merchants via the API. The accounts are boarding, but are failing KYC due to an issue with Experian. Our teams are working to correct the issue and will provide updates as they are available.
