On Tuesday, March 21st between 15:00 and 17:00 (MDT), ProPay will perform an update on the partner integration test environment to version 23.3.2.

The update will include the following changes:
*Addition of 8 new AMEX related chargeback response codes, as follows: ChargeBackResponseCode: M49 ResponseCodeDescription: The cardholder claims to have been incorrectly Charged for theft, loss of use, or other fees related to theft or loss of use of a rental vehicle ChargeBackResponseCode: S02 ResponseCodeDescription: Inquiry closed in Merchant's favor ChargeBackResponseCode: S03 ResponseCodeDescription: Support received ChargeBackResponseCode: 061 ResponseCodeDescription: The referenced credit should have been submitted as a Charge ChargeBackResponseCode: 147 ResponseCodeDescription: The cardholder claims the charge will be paid by their insurance company ChargeBackResponseCode: 169 ResponseCodeDescription: Charge was submitted in an invalid currency. Credit is required ChargeBackResponseCode: 170 ResponseCodeDescription: A credit for a cancelled lodging reservation or deposit was not received by the cardholder. Please issue credit or provide a copy of your cancellation policy and explain why credit is not due ChargeBackResponseCode: 177 ResponseCodeDescription: The cardholder claims this charge was unauthorized * Enhanced MCC validation on TransType 01 - Create ProPay Account. If a non-allowable MCC is passed, and if that signup passes ID validation, the account will be created but placed in a Hold status, requiring additional review by the Risk group for a manual approval. If no MCC is passed, the tier default will continue to be used. * Adding the ability to edit the timezone from the Profile/EditBusinessInfo Single-Sign-On page. * Adding the option to customize the time in which the Affiliate Signup Detail report is generated and delivered. * Adding the option to allow tiers and accounts to be excluded from a configured affiliate bank transfer job. * Adding an optional tag ‘CultureCode’ within the Personal Data group of a TransType01 - Create ProPay Account - to be used when sending account emails in different languages. * An adjustment to allow chargebacks to remain on the ComprehensiveRiskChargebackReport for up to an additional 90 days after a representment is received. * Modifications to include 4 new columns at the end of the Affiliate 1099K Report: AccountBusinessType | First Name | Last Name | B Notice Status (1="first notice", 2="second notice", 3="third notice", or 0="no notice needed). * ProPay API TransType 07 message enhancement for Visa void/refunds to include the TAVV/DTTV, TokenRequestorID, and cardholder ID code with the same value as the original authorization. Authorization code added in the response between the tags * WorldPay and ACapture gateways are no longer supported via ProtectPay * Continued improvements to 1099-K data maintenance and reporting processes. * Continued preparation work for international expansion and strategic integrations.
