On Tuesday, August 11th, between 00:00 and 05:00 (MT), ProPay will perform an upgrade to the production environment 26.PI18.R1 (August Release)

*Debt Repayment support for Discover card transactions within ProPay has been added, enabling partners to securely and reliably process debt repayment payments using Discover.
*Updates have been made to the epay.propay.com website to consolidate links and remove non-functional links, to improve customer experience
*We have added ARN, Case Number, and External ID fields to partner-facing reports to improve dispute identification and reconciliation.
The new fields will appear in the following reports: Comprehensive Risk Chargeback Report Comprehensive Risk Retrieval Report Comprehensive Transaction Detail Report Deposit Detail Report / Sweep Advanced Transaction Affiliate Chargeback Detail Report
These new field columns have been added to the end of these respective reports, with the exception of the Affiliate Chargeback Detail Report, where the External ID has been positioned as the fourth column, and the ARN and Case Number have been placed at the end.
* A new ProPay XML call, TransType - 432 API (Create Additional SoftPOS terminal API), has been added, which helps to create additional SoftPOS terminals that link to a single merchant account to facilitate business growth and expansion by allowing Multi terminal set ups for those partners leveraging ProPay’s Tap To Pay solution.
This scheduled maintenance affects: Testing Environments (Integration TEST Environment), Production Processing Solutions (Direct Credit Card and ACH Processing, Websites, Mobile, and Card Readers, Payment Facilitation - Heartland, Portico, Payment Facilitation - Global Payments API (GP API), Payment Facilitation - Cayan Genius), Production Supporting Solutions (xfer.propay.com - SFTP Reports, Bank Transfers, Phones, Regulatory Updates), and Integrated Gateways (3rd Party Providers).
