As a reminder: Beginning 9/10/2024, direct web access to xfer.propay.com will be limited only to users who have had their IP addresses previously whitelisted. Attempts to access xfer.propay.com without a previously whitelisted IP address will fail to load and will prevent access to the site. As such, please make sure that you are using a static IP address, to mitigate any issues in being able to access the XFER site caused by an unrecognized IP address

As always, you can work directly with clientsupport@propay.com to ensure that any necessary IP addresses are whitelisted promptly to prevent a disruption in access to the xfer.propay.com site.

Due to changes in how access will be configured, requests to add new IPs may take additional time to complete moving forward.
