On Tuesday, June 10th, between 00:00 and 04:00 (MDT), ProPay will perform an upgrade to the production environment. Version 25.4.1 (May Release). This is a re-release of the release originally scheduled for 5/22.

*Improve the underlying KYC address logic to better support government entities who have merchant accounts with us, but are not owned/operated by a single individual
*Improve the underlying chargeback logic in the ProPay system to allow multiple chargebacks on a single transaction when necessary.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Testing Environments (Integration TEST Environment), Production Processing Solutions (Direct Credit Card and ACH Processing, Websites, Mobile, and Card Readers), Production Supporting Solutions (xfer.propay.com - SFTP Reports, Bank Transfers, Phones, Regulatory Updates), and Integrated Gateways (3rd Party Providers).
