ProPay Production Environment Scheduled Release Update 26.PI17.R1 (April Release)

On Tuesday, April 21st, between 00:00 and 05:00 (MT), ProPay will perform an upgrade to the production environment 26.PI17.R1 (April Release)

*** All services and sites may be unavailable during this time frame. ***

*We will be appending two new columns to the end of select reports. The headers for these new columns will be “CHARGEBACK ARN” and “CASE NUMBER”.

The technical details of these columns are as follows:

-Chargeback ARN - Varchar(30)
-Case Number- BigInt

The new columns will be added to the below reports:

Comprehensive Risk Chargeback Report
Comprehensive Risk Retrieval Report
Comprehensive Transaction Detail Report
Affiliate Chargeback Detail Report

*The Partner Portal chargeback reports, the Sweep Deposit Report and Annual Fee Summary Report have been updated to include two new columns, "Pre-Arbitration Fee" and "Arbitration Fee", to show any Arbitration or Pre-Arbitration fees associated with a chargeback.

*We have corrected reporting logic where lost disputes were incorrectly marked as won to ensure alignment between actual dispute outcomes and our reporting output.
