This issue had been resolved on the Experian end. A password was deleted on their side, which should not have been. Successfully boarded accounts to correct consumer status id as of 2024-03-19 00:30:24

We have continued to investigate with our Identity Verification partner and have identified some possible changes to address. We are working on implementing those and reviewing the solution further.
