Beginning October 1st, 2024, we will begin enforcing that additional required fields be passed during the TransType 01 boarding API call be present to allow a successful boarding event. Additionally, accounts which are already boarded, but are missing the required beneficial owner or other data will have processing disabled until the required data is submitted to ProPay. These changes will go into effect over the next several days.
Failure to pass these fields will result in a failure to board merchants successfully, returning a 185 - Missing Required Signup Data status response. Any accounts found to be missing Beneficial Owner data will have processing disabled until this is corrected.
The requirement to include these fields has been previously communicated to integrated partners via our risk and strategic partner management teams.
