On Tuesday, February 10th, between 00:00 and 05:00 (MT), ProPay will perform an upgrade to the production environment. Version 25.12.1 (February Release).

*Updates to Chargeback processes for Pre-Arbitration cases. Pre-arbitrations are the final merchant opportunity to resolve disputes (after representment) before expensive arbitration. We’ve now automated complete arbitration processing including both Debit and Credit adjustments - including instant notifications to merchants for cases, reducing manual touchpoints, ensuring 100% case coverage and providing real-time merchant updates to improve customer experience and satisfaction.

*The ProPay API TransType 01 account signup response may now include an additional action code response in the event of a KYC failure. "K221” indicates a technical failure leading to the reported KYC failure.
