Between 3:10am MST and 3:51am MT, ProPay experienced an extended period of downtime as a result of our scheduled maintenance, which resulted in transactions failing for that duration.

The situation is now resolved and our teams continued to monitor and troubleshoot any traffic issues until 6:07am MT. Any issues persisting post 6:07am MT should be reported to the team.
