On Tuesday, September 28th, between 00:00 and 05:00 (MDT), ProPay will perform platform maintenance, upgrading to version 21.09.2 on the live production system.

We anticipate no interruption in service during this update.

This release has limited changes, as we continue to focus on expansion of internal capabilities, and improvements to stability, scalability, and reliability.

Important reminders:

* Transaction API submissions must include the API DebtRepayment indicator in order to participate in the program. More stringent enforcement began on September 2021.

* To ensure the best 1099-K experience, please work with your merchants during Q4 to ensure all ProPay accounts have current business and tax ID documentation. Partners should be receiving a 1099-K TIN Matching report via xfer.propay.com SFTP to confirm with merchants that their data is accurate for 1099-K reporting. Please refer to https://support.propay.com/support/solutions/articles/33000259230-1099-k-information-and-faqs for general details about 1099-K processes.
