Update
We have updated the FAQs related to 1099-K forms for 2020. One key change is that API and website edits of merchant data will only affect current and future years' forms. If a merchant makes a data update that warrants an amended return for 2020 (name or TIN for example), the change must be accompanied by a request to ProPay support teams to issue an amended 1099-K with the updated data.

ProPay has partnered with a 3rd party provider for delivery of 2020 1099-K tax forms.
Key changes to the process compared to prior years include:

- Printed 1099-Ks will be sent directly to merchants
- Digital copies will not be uploaded to www.propay.com or https://xfer.propay.com
- Requests for corrections will take 4-6 weeks to process
